Paper forms are stored securely in a locked cabinet at the Neko-Bu-Kai office.

  • Martial arts governing body: British Martial Arts & Boxing Association (BMABA)
  • Insurance providers: For the purpose of membership and coverage

We retain your personal data for up to 5 years after you leave the club, in case you wish to return or require verification of past membership.
